Droux is an AI-powered co-pilot for hemp and cannabis wellness brands. The Service provides tools for content generation, analytics, and brand growth. Droux is provided by Droux Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation.

You agree not to use Droux to:

• Generate content that is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service

Droux may connect to third-party platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Shopify, and Klaviyo. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Droux Technologies Inc. is not responsible for third-party platform actions, data practices, or service interruptions.

All content, branding, and technology within Droux is the property of Droux Technologies Inc. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using Droux, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Droux Technologies Inc. does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Droux Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Droux at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
